Review: Ms. [redacted],The price below is for the NAVY UNIFORM DRESS that was damaged at your store on August 17, 2015. You did not dry clean the dress instead you washed it, and ironed it leaving iron imprints on the front and the back of the dress and it was severely wrinkled making it unwearable for my position as a flight attendant. PAYMENT for the damages is due immediately in the amount of $159.27. I will provide a receipt once I have received payment from you. Your promise to make it "right" is still pending. I am confident that you will settle this matter promptly and professionally. Please remit payment immediately to; [redacted]I will need to order this uniform ASAP.Desired Settlement: I will need to reorder the uniform dress for work, and need the funds to have that done to replace the uniform. I just wanted it dry cleaned but it is unwearable. The customer service was also in question as Ms. Tran's mother did not speak English and did not return my dress to me for several hours and finally we had to return at a later time to retrieve it(I will need to send it back to my airline company). The mother also acted erratically and we did not feel safe while at the store.

Dear Ms. [redacted],Thank you for your emails and complaints. After reviewing the video recorded, talked to all parties including staff, neighbors and some of the customers who came in and out at that time. Here is the result I got:On August 14th 2015 at 11 am, Ms. [redacted] came to our store at [redacted] and dropped off the [redacted] for dry clean and had requested for pickup on Monday 17th, 2015. On August 17th 2015 at 2pm, Ms. [redacted] came to pick up the dress and have found that the belt was missed. Mr. [redacted] called and let me talked with her on the phone. Ms. [redacted] was not happy and asked where is the belt. I wasn't sure because I need to talk with the girl who took the order on August 14th 2015 and she was not there on the day Ms. [redacted] picked it up. After talking with my Mom and I have learned she left the belt out on the track at the Plant. Our business service is only dropped off locations for dry cleaning and laundered. We do not have any equipment or machines for dry cleaning and laundered at any locations. All dry cleaning and laundered have been done by our partner who is [redacted] in [redacted]. Tel: [redacted]. Therefore, I can't bring the belt or mention anything to Ms. [redacted] until I went to the Plant and talked to the Dry Cleaning Specialist person who was in charge for the dress. I have told Ms. [redacted] that please come back and see me at 5:30-6pm on August 17th, 2015 so I can see it. I have many clothes during the day and I can't remember which one is or any issues with it. Without seeing stuff, I can't do anything. However, based on the video record, Ms. [redacted] ran into our store from outside to inside, she looked everywhere for the belt, she looked for the bags and so on, even thought I have told her that I had the belt and it is in another location and she let the dog running inside our store as well. My Mom and [redacted] they both can't speak English and she was worry and kept telling Ms. [redacted] to wait outside but because they can't speak English so it is useless. Then later there is another person Ms. [redacted] ran into the store, she even opened our computer, touched the computer without asking our permission and printed out the receipts. My Mom was upset and she took away those receipts. This is why my Mom was very upset with your behavior and actions. You were not allowed to access into our premises without our permission. I have already confirmed on the phone with Ms. [redacted] that please come back around 5:30-6pm and see me. Everything can be resolved and I have to see everything before proceed. However, non of you were listened and still made thing worst and worst. My mother knew that she can't speak English, she came to the Nail Salon and asked the owner of the Nail Shop to translate it for her. The Nail Shop Owner came into our store and explained it to you in English for her. However, you were not able to calm down and patient enough because everything can wait. You called the Police and complained that we did not let you picked up the dress. My Mom did not want to let you picked up the dress because there is a missing belt, therefore she wants to keep the dress in order to get the belt and put everything together. But you did not want it, you want to have the dress with you even though missing the belt. Based on the video, my Mom did not iron or put the iron on the dress like Ms. [redacted] said. She doesn't know how to press stuff.I ran to the Plant to get the belt and be back to the store at the time I had with you and called Ms. [redacted]. Both of you came back and met me. I had asked you to give me another opportunity to clean the dress and I gave you a FULL Refund of the charge of $13.25 of the cost for dry cleaning back. You signed and accepted the Full Refund on August 17th, 2015. I took the dress back to the Plant and went over with the Dry Cleaning Technician on that night. I was able to look everything in detail and talked with the girl who took the order. The dress was dry cleaning one more time, and dress and vacuumed by the machine. The stains were cleaned and some other marks were there before it brought to our store for cleaning. In general, the dress is wearable and no damage. If she is not happy - she can make a claim via the court and have another Dry Clean Technician to look at it.On August 19, 2015 Ms. [redacted] came back and picked up the dress. I am a business owner and customers' concern are my first priority to have the situation resolved to the customer's satisfaction. We take pride in our work and honesty and integrity are our driven business's principles. I gave a full refund of the cost for dry cleaning. You got the dress back and it cleaned without paying any cost. I still had to pay the cost for cleaning your dress to our 3rd party per contract. The lost is our side.I do not owe you or damaged your dress. As of a principle, if you were still not happy with the outcome, you suppose to leave the dress with us and make complaints like you have done so far to Revdex.com and to any other authorized or public community. However, you took the dress with you and you made a complaints and you damaged our business reputation and still want me to pay you for the damage that I did not cause. If you are not happy, you can make a claim with the court at your own cost. I have already given you a full refund of the service that we did not delivery on time. I do not owe you anything at this point. You are still responsible for the damage you have caused to my business reputation and I am going to take a serious action. Once again, thank you for your time. For Revdex.com investigation's clarification, the Ms. [redacted] is the person that had dropped off the dress, picked up the dress and her name is on the receipt. She is the person who is legally interact with staff and our system. She was agreed to get a full refund at first place with me on the phone 08.17.2015. I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: The dress is ruined and it is unwearable. The navy blue airline uniform dress has only been dry cleaned in the past and never came in the store with iron marks on it. When my sister came to pick up the dress, they couldn't find the dress. When my sister finally found it, Ms [redacted]'s mother placed plastic on the dress to make it appear that it had been dry cleaned.When my sister inspected the dress, she knew immediately that it was not dry cleaned and the belt was missing (the dress smelled like detergent and the belt in the back of the dress was twisted and the dress was wrinkled). My sister was in shock and showed the owner's mother that it was not dry cleaned. Then the owner's mother tried to iron it. There are no cameras in the back room and my sister had to stop her from ironing the dress. Of course, we were very upset that the dress was NOt dry cleaned. We called the police because the mother did not want to return the dress to us and we wanted to have them bear witness that the dress was NOT dry cleaned. The item was prepaid and should have been returned to us without all the drama.The owner's mother called her daughter (Ms, [redacted]) on the phone and my sister explained that the dress was not dry cleaned and the belt was missing. She also explained that I needed the dress for work. It was a newer uniform dress not an Old navy dress as Ms. [redacted] describes. Ms [redacted] said the dress was dry cleaned and would return the belt at 6pm. I made a copy of the receipt (did not go into the computer)so I could take the dress because I feared that they were going to throw it away. The owner's mother threw the receipt on the floor. And she took the dress from my hands as I tried to leave the store and did not want to return it to me. The business sign outside the store states dry cleaning and there are dry cleaning prices on the wall of the business. Ms. [redacted] states she dry cleaned the dress again but when we came back to claim it, the dress was under the counter crushed even more (we brought witnesses to the store). We took the dress because it is an airline uniform and Ms. [redacted] said that she would give it [redacted] if she pays me for the damages. The dress has to be returned to my airline company. This business represented itself as a dry cleaner and it did not provide the service. The dress was clearly washed and ironed which is not the service Ms. [redacted] said was to be provided. The dress was NOT dry cleaned. When I finally got the belt, again the belt was ironed NOT dry cleaned as a ripple of the iron is imprinted on the belt. We request that Ms. [redacted] should provide the video coverage to Revdex.com and to my sister.It is clear that they did not provide the service to dry clean the dress, we gave her a chance to resolve the issue and clean it again but nothing was done to make things right. I am asking for a replacement cost. Ms. [redacted] claims that she did not cause the damage to the dress but clearly she states that she did not deliver the service on time. If Ms. [redacted] would take pride in her work then she be honest and state that the dress was NOT DRY CLEANED but washed and ironed and she would resolve this matter in a professional manner and pay for the replacement of my dress.
