I would inquiring the status of my complaint on 4/18/2017, ID ***. I have not received a credit from this vendor Thank you, *** ***

Our customer service is in contact with this customerFor some reason there was an error in the tracking number sent out to the customer and it was sent multiple timesHowever, the package has already been delivered (USPS# ***) in a timely mannerWe consider this case closed
and resolved. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns in this matter

complaints associated with the Bud Light Shop, and whose response to us in regards to the complaint can be found below. We also received a complaint from [redacted] through the Anheuser-Busch call center, which we replied to with the same response from [redacted] and did not hear back further. Please see below for an account of events connected to the order in question:   1)      Customer ordered 7 items in February and they all shipped 2/7/17. 2)      Items of [redacted] and [redacted] did ship on 2/7/17.  I do not see that we have processed the return for these sweatshirts.  However, I agree with the noted tracking that they show delivered to [redacted].  Please be aware when they are returned Fed Ex Smart Post they go to the local Post Office and we [redacted] sign for large BMC’s which hold hundreds of packages.  We do not sign for individual packages.  Many times when signing for the BMC we do find that the Post Office did not include that package. 3)      Knowing that we had tracking the Call Center Supervisor refunded back to your customer $92.75 for both sweatshirts on 3/21/17 back into the  Shopify account. 4)      Your customer also stated she had a 20% Promo code which was never done thru the cart at the time of the original order.  She provided the Promo Code to our Call Center Supervisor and we did also apply that on 3/21/17 with the above refund.   She was refunded $158.15 on 3/21/17. 5)      Note also they did return item 150395 the tumblers on 3/25 and we did process that return on 3/24.  Refund was $43.60. 6)      Lastly we aware we refund the 2 sweatshirts due to her complaint and showing we had tracking but we also replaced the [redacted] on 2/15 so she still has this one and it looks like for Free being we credited back the original returned item.   Let us know if you have any questions or concerns as we are more than happy to help.
