Customer wanted a rush job on his [redacted] DieselBefore bringing vehicle to the shop, [redacted] surfed the web to obtain info of possible causes of what was going on with his truckWhat's on the world wide web and what was really the cause were two different things [redacted] was on a time crutch because he was selling the vehicleHe wanted us to promise him a sooner completion dateWhen we got into the repairs there was other damage, which took longer than the original estimated timeNeedless to say the vehicle was completed within repair timelines and work perfectCustomer never complained about repairs

Lets be truthful! Your vehicle arrived outside of our shop in JulyOne of our part time employees brought the vehicle, and explained that it was a friend of his who didn't have any money to repair itAnd he was just trying to help you outThe vehicle sat outside our shop for months! After repeated request that the employee have the car removed, he gave us your numberTo our surprise you didn't even know where the vehicle was all this timeAnd the repairs that were needed, you had already gotten an insurance check for and spent itYou finally arrived to the shop late November and explained you couldn't afford the $repairs and ask for assistanceWe agreed to $down and $every two weeksThat turned into $down and $dollars a monthYou then obtained a credit card months later and paid balance off, expecting for us to stop working on our good paying customers cars to finish yoursSorry it doesn't work that wayWe were patient and understanding to your situation that took + monthsAnd this was not due to our businesses practices, but due to you not being able to afford your repairs

Your basing your experience on, you bringing the vehicle to the shop for insurance repairs and asking for some additional work to be doneYou were told the additional work would take more timeYou then brought your wife to the shop to check the progress, and you hadn't told her you requested the
additional repairsYou then got upset after being caught in the non truthYour wife explained she believed that you did request the extra repairsShortly after this we were notified that you tried to cash the insurance check without the businesses signatureThen after being notified that the vehicle was ready, you came and took the vehicle without paying! We then had to travel to you home with the police to file a theft reportAfter the police officers explained to your wife charges of theft would be filed, she called you and let the officers speak with youYou were then told that the vehicle needed to be back on the business premises before the officers returned to the shopWhen we arrived back to the shop minutes later, the vehicle was there! Your bad experience was due to your bad decisionsNot our work

repeated request that the employee have the car removed, he gave us your number. To our surprise you didn't even know where the vehicle was all this time. And the repairs that were needed, you had already gotten an insurance check for and spent it. You finally arrived to the shop late November and explained you couldn't afford the $1000 repairs and ask for assistance. We agreed to $350 down and $200 every two weeks. That turned into $350 down and $50 dollars a month. You then obtained a credit card months later and paid balance off, expecting for us to stop working on our good paying customers cars to finish yours. Sorry it doesn't work that way. We were patient and understanding to your situation that took 7 + months. And this was not due to our businesses practices, but due to you not being able to afford your repairs
