Excellent service! Not only was tree trimming good, but they were very caring of other items I had in my yardThey moved then away, then moved then back to the right place! Every piece of wood, stick, leaf, and everything else was cleaned up and hauled awayThey even cleaned up perfectly where the chipping was taking place EXCELLENT experience, I would recommend this company to anyone!

[redacted] brought his dog in our office on August 4th and due to his severe medical condition, humane euthanasia was elected and performed by DrK [redacted] in our office The client asked for a private cremation of Arthur (it takes about a week for the ashes to return) [redacted] signed an authorization sheet during the check in process that said he agreed to pay the bill in full before leaving that day Due to the sensitive nature of the visit and how upset [redacted] was at the time, we did not ask him to pay before he left, we told him he could pay when he picked up the ashes the following week Many statements were mailed and phone calls made to attempt to collect on the debt We did not know that [redacted] had changed his phone number An email was sent to the client as a last ditch effort to contact him before sending to collections He did respond to the email with an intent to pay, but no follow up was made and no payment received On December 1st he was sent to our collection agency [redacted] made payment to the office on 12/26/and 1/26/(note: one and two months past when his account had already been sent to the collection agency) We have offered to continue to accept payments on this account and continue to report them to the collection agency When this account has been satisfied financially, we will be happy to give [redacted] the ashes Thanks, Becky V [redacted] Practice ManagerAnimal Care Center

Dear [redacted],I am writing in response to a complaint made by [redacted] has been a client here for about five years. She breeds French bulldogs & we have gone out of our way many times to accommodate her when her dogs have needed special attention. We have allowed her to...

make payments when she had unexpected emergencies. She has never made any complaints to us about any problems with her puppies. In April, she made an appointment for five dogs to be examined & have rabies vaccines. She brought nine dogs with her. They all needed exams & vaccines. We accommodated her even though our staff was fully booked. The dogs were all different ages & all needed exams & vaccines for the move to Florida. We allowed her to leave with only a $100 payment on account. At that point her bill was $3860.69. She never complained about the invoice for the dogs. She made more payments in the following months. She called on July 28th & talked to me. I'm the office manager & I have been here since the practice started in 1989. She said she was not paying the bill from April because she was overcharged. I told her it had never been our practice to charge the full amount for the first dog & S10 for the others as she stated. At that point her bill was $654.13. She told me she would only pay $223.67. I told her would have to send the remainder to a collection agency & that it would affect her credit rating. She told me to go ahead as she was moving to Florida. That is what I did. I'm sure [redacted] sent her letter to you as soon as she was contacted by them. Our policy is always to work with our clients & accommodate them in whatever way we can. Our doctors & staff are very good about that. Most of our clients appreciate our efforts. Some, like [redacted] cannot be reasoned with & therefore, we have to take other action. If you have any further question, please contact me at the above number.Sincerely,Bridget B.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I did not make appointments for my dogs to be examined, I made an appointment for my dogs to get rabies shots.  Of the nine dogs that I brought in, only 3 had not been examined within the previous year, and Bridget confirmed during the july conversation that they charged me for 9 exams and rabies because they had not been seen during the past year! Dr. C[redacted] did NOT examine my dogs, the techs did their temps and weights and Dr.C[redacted] gave them shots. I never got the invoice for the visit until well after I moved to Florida, as it was commonplace on almost all of my visits that I left with the dog(s) and the bill was mailed to me. I did give them my new address and phone number at the April 14th visit, but they mailed the bill to my old address about month later which was then forwarded to my Florida address. so I did not get the bill til June, which is really irrelevant. And yes, when I moved to Florida I did owe them over $3,000, which was paid off by July. If I was not going to pay my bill, why would I pay the bulk of it and then not the last few hundred??? that doesn't even make sense. How the billing office bills and how the vets would come out and alter my bill are two entirely different things too. when I brought in multiple dogs, because I was a good client, the vets would usually come up front and alter my bill, telling me they charged me for the first dog's visit, but $10 for any other dogs I had brought along. But even if it was as Bridget said on the phone, 6 of the 9 dogs HAD been examined in the year prior to april 2016, and if they charged me $40 x 3 = $120, and 9 x $15(for the rabies shot) = $135. 135 + 120 = 255, not 490!!!!And what Bridget said to me on the phone was "well, i'm sending this to collections, so good luck buying a house in Florida!", to which I replied "i already bought a home in Florida, so good luck with that!".  this was after she told me what a "crappy" person I was not to pay my bill. if she's going to quote a conversation, she shouldn't try to twist it to sound like something it wasn't.  She was quite rude and insulting during the conversation. Clients do appreciate the vets' efforts, but in that same vein, their office should also appreciate the tens of thousands of dollars that I have paid them over the years, and all of the other clients, who have paid thousands and thousands of dollars, that I have brought to them. she makes it sound like they were doing my vet work for free!!!
Regards,
[redacted]
