Instead of having the situation being defused the owners used vulgar language and extreme, unethical statements in regards to their pet, our questions regarding the diagnosis with no testing whatsoever. At this point we are choosing to let this situation go, as we have exhausted all other options of helping, and/or pleasing them. Thank you very much.
