employee that worked that night, and looking at the evidence that *** *** presented to us knowing our staff are always trained to inform their Supervisor of any incidentsThat being said we couldn't find any possibly way the damage that *** *** provided was done by ** *** *** did mention in his statement that he didn't notice the damages until the next day of the accidentThe way our policy works we couldn't be responsible for this incident based of our policyThat policy was handed to *** ***(Claim Check) *** *** did threaten ** *** to try and get us out of business and we did inform him that he would have to get his insurance involved, and to stop threatening us to affect our relationship with our customers. I am rejecting this response because:There are several inaccuracies in [redacted]'s response. Not only did I prove the damages and the locations which pictures were taken. When speaking with [redacted] who is not the manager but rather the owner, was going to review my claim until he saw a negative review on google and threatened mine and my family's lives and said he would come for me. I called the police and made a report. I never heard from the organization since and did not receive any correspondence of any denial of claim. [redacted] knows what thier staff did and have done this in the past (read other google reviews). When doing further research, it shows that this company is uninsured and not in compliance with state law. [redacted] needs to take responsibility for the damages that thier staff caused to my vehicle and others.Regards,
