Took my car to Lakeview Automotive for a specific repairMechanic did a good jobBUT....owner/office worker decided he had to take my muscle car out for a drive ! He was not doing the work on the car and so had no reason to drive itI understand and concur the mechanic may need to do a test drive, but the YOUNG NEW OWNER had no reason to touch my carTHE NEW YOUNG OWNER BURNED OFF HALF A TANK OF HIGH OCTANE FUEL WHILE DRIVING THE *** OUT OF MY MUSTANG ! WHAT KIND OF 'TEST DRIVE' REQUIRES HALF A TANK OF GAS ? THE CAR WAS RETURNED TO ME WITH AN EMPTY FUEL TANK ! This company was a quality service provider in the past, but now has sold the company to a bunch of young yahoosWhat a loss
For exceptional service, this is the place to go! These guys are customer focused and strive to exceed expectations! Go and meet Bob, Peter & Edie...these guys are eager to please and provide the utmost quality of work! The shop owner Bob came to my home to boost my car (battery was dead) and then drove my car back to their shop where they replaced my battery and I was back on the road within an hour. They also spent hours to find the only used transmission in Canada for my vehicle which I am very thankful for as they got my vehicle back on the road again instead of junking my vehicle after the transmission had to be replaced.
