Review: I booked an appointment for our cocker Spaniel to be groomed at this location, which turned out to be their first day offering grooming Services in this location. Wow, what a mistake. I informed the store owner that I wished to have a puppy cut done to my dog when I telephoned to set up the appointment. My wife dropped our dog off at the appointment and she again informed them to do a puppy cut, they said they understood. My wife asked if they would trim the toenails, keep the ear hair longer and they said okay. My wife picked up our dog and he looked like nothing recognizable. The general look is totally uneven, the legs are cropped to the skin, toenails were not cut, his eyebrows are totally uneven and look like Grouch Marx. The fur on his feet is uneven and looked like it has been chewed. My husband called and spoke with the owner, who basically could not care less and seemed to think that the dog looks fine and that is a puppy cut. she explained that this groomer has worked for her at her other location in [redacted] for 12 years and totally justified the whole process. This was the worst $45 for dog grooming services or lack of, that we have experienced in our 10 years with our pooch.Desired Settlement: The owner did not even apologize and continued to make excuses for the groomer that she is highly qualified. It would have been nice if she *uggested a refund or perhaps offer store credit for product as we do not wish to ever receive another grooming experience at this store.

Animal Crackers has been in business over 25 years and as a *mall local non-profit 501c(3), we rely heavily on the surrounding communities in which we serve to shop at the retail store to fulfill our mission. We have been providing grooming services since our inception focusing on the health and wellness of animals. We’ve had the same groomer for the last 12 years without incident.rry for your experience.
