I response to Mr [redacted] complaint, We are a 4xtruck suspension companyWe do on occasion build lowered airbag cars in our slow seasonWe built a car very similar to Mr [redacted] s; The parts that we originally ordered did not workThis is what I explained to Mike early during the build of this carThe steering was going to have to be completely modified in order to drive and align properlyWe built a new steering system that would work on Mr [redacted] s vehicleHe knew and understood that we still had to build all of the other components with in conjunction of the other components that we purchasedBags Valves airlines,etcThese vehicles when it comes to full fabrication of lowered airbag suspension take time and money I acknowledge that this job took a lot longer time then either of us expected but this is due to the nature of the car and the fabrication it was going to take to buildAs for the storage of the vehicle I am not responsible for fire,theft,damages or inside storage of any vehicleI did offer to give Mr [redacted] a refund on a percentage of the invoice due to the fabrication time and R&D we had to do to try to build the suspension for his vehicleHe is more then welcome to come pick up the airbags air lines,valves, and airbag plates for his vehicle

I remember this incident very wellAs I explained to Mr [redacted] and apologized for the mix upThe winch that he is saying he did not get or felt he was deceived on is false.The Part number That I entered was given to me incorrectly from my distributorI explained this to Mr *** What Mr [redacted] and I talked about was a Warn Zeon 10K Multi Mount WinchThe Platinum Winch was not available and is not available in a Multi Mount ApplicationNot once did he or I ever talk about a"Platinum" Warn Winch in our conversationsI am at mistake for an improper part number but not the description of the winch he purchasedTime frame and availability issues, All of the products Mr [redacted] ordered and purchased had to be shipped directly from the manufacturer in [redacted] , [redacted] that took approximately days to receiveThe multi mount winch cradle was not available for this winch at the time and took approximately an additional 3-more days to receiveThis was due to the Zeon 10K Synthetic Winch being a new line of winch that had just been releasedThe Platinum Winch was not even released or available at this time

I am very aware of this situation, [redacted] called me on or approxJan 22nd and stated he was having problems with his truckI said no problem come in and we will put it up on the alignment rack and see whats going on with itHe was extremely belligerent and very disrespectful to my staff and I.He was yelling and making an obnoxious seen "Screaming that we didn't know what we were doing and we ruined his truck" I had two of my Hunter Certified Alignment Techs [redacted] and [redacted] put his truck on the alignment rack and proceeded to go through and re torque everything on the front and rear of his truckAt this time we did a full alignment on his truck at NO CHARGE to insure his truck was safeHe was present,shown and explained about everything we were doing.(all while still being belligerent and disrespectful)The truck had nothing loose or in disrepair from anything that we installed or replacedDuring the inspection we found that the hub bearing and steering box were warn and needed to be replacedThe issues he is having are due to the factory original components on the truck have never been changed or replaced( This truck has miles with factory steering components.)We suggested that he should change these components to fix the steering wheel from having an inch of play from side to sideAgain he became belligerent and yelling expletivesI had [redacted] readjust his steering wheel to the best he could for the 3rd time also explaining to him that his steering box needed to be replacedFeb He came in an Yesterday Feb at 820am slammed my office door open and said he didnt have time for us to look at his truck but wanted to say that the front end was unsafe and loose againHe continued to holler and yell and say he went to the shop down the street from us Angle Kustoms and said they told him that the front end was messed upI called the owner and asked what had transpiredAK said they never looked at the truck but that he did stop and ask them how much to rebuild the front end.I can get a statement from the manager if needed I explained to him I have no problem putting it back on the alignment rack but what he needed was to replace his steering box and hub bearings, This is what his problems are on the front endHe then said the ubolt were not installed correctlyWhen I tried to show him that the mounts are are pre drilled grooved and slotted so they can only go in one wayHe kept yelling " Do you think im an it!!!!!" after numerous of time listening to his disrepectful temeper and tantrums I said yes you are an it and you need to leave my premises befor I call the police and have you removed I have the right to refuse service to anyone being as belligerent and disrespectful as he was being

I am rejecting this response because:I'm opening a prior complaint that I closed, which was based on my choice to continue giving the company more time to complete the service I purchasedI was able to go to the business and conduct a visual inspection of my vehicleThe vehicle was stored outsideThe exterior condition of the vehicle was dirty (pictures taken in order to substantiate condition)Paint was cracked around rear window borderRear view mirror had fallen offI will attribute this to leaving the vehicle outside, exposed to the sunThe vehicle would not startI understand this business is not responsible for maintaining the vehicleI would like to see this in some sort of policyMy concern is the engine and battery should be started occasionally to maintain a charge and circulate oil as well as use fuel that may become staleThe vehicle condition indicated a state of exposure to the elements, thus indicating little consideration to maintain EXT/mechanical conditionThe front right of the vehicle was damaged (picture taken)The owner did acknowledge his employees damaged the vehicle and would fix itI was not notified of this damageI would like to take the vehicle to a independent auto body shop in order to get a cost assessment then submit to the business to coverThe reason I'm doing this is the time it has taken for the business to not complete the work I paid for, therefore, I have no guarantee of how long the paint repair will takeThe bill listed a part kit from a specific companyThe description matches a kit from Airbagit.com (AB)I need to know why the price on the AB site doesn't match the invoiceThe owner stated the AB kit didn't workThe owner attempted to order a mix of parts to make it workOwner was not able to immediately "dig up" the list of parts to provide me feedbackOwner stated I accepted this possibility because there's no part # on invoice, and that the receipt does not state an 'airbagit' kit, even though the description matches a kit on the AB site.-Refund the original receipt price of $-Prep vehicle to return to customer, to entail a basic wash to remove dirt without scratching paint and safety inspection of vehicle to ensure drivability and list of any modifications made already-Notarized copy of statement on company stationary with letterhead, detailing that damage to front right of vehicle was businesses' fault, and that business will pay for repair using Revdex.com A+ rated body shop
