I RECEIVE FINES, AND COMPLAINTS ABOUT MY RENTAL PROPERTYI HAVE GIVEN WACCAMAW MY RENTAL AGENTS NAME AND NUMBER, I AM NOT IN TOWN.LET THEM HANDLE IT I HAVE A RENTAL PROPERTY IN THE FARM ----HAY----PURCHASED IN 2005, NEVER HAD PROBLEM WITH HOA FEES,UNTIL THE ONE TIME THEY MOVED AND CHANGED MAILING ADDRESSWITHIN A MONTH THAT PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED.BUT NOW I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN A TENANT VIOLATES ANY HOA RULES AND REGSI RECEIVE THE FINES AND VIOLATIONI CONTACT MY RENTAL AGENT MANAGEMENT GROUP, AND BY TIME THEY DO ANYTHING , EVEN NOTIFY THE TENANT , MY,OR THEIR FINES DOUBLE OR INCREASE, AND I GET THREATENED, ABOUT BACK FEES AND FINES, I WAS NOT THEIR AND NOT PAYING SOMEONES FINESI HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT MISTY ON A FEW OCCASIONS, AND THE EMAILS APPARENTLY ARE NOT GOING THROUGH.I HAVE SUGGESTED THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO CHANGE THE RULES AS TO WHO SHOULD RECEIVE THE LETTERS OF FINES AND VIOLATIONS, SENSIBLY TO THOSE WHO ARE THEIR,FIRST, THAN TO THOSE MILES AWAY, WHO CANT

I would like answers to my simple HOA questions WM represents my HOA, Ocean Walk All communication to my HOA must go through Waccamaw Management I asked Waccamaw Management a few simple questions about a mailing from our HOA president to me and other home owners This mailing included an email chain that seemed to be a feud between our HOA president and another home owner The mailing also included a letter from a nearby property manager that seemed to be a reference letter stating that the HOA president left his previous neighborhood with his accounts in good standing, but he was using the letter as some sort of character reference to support an argument with another neighbor The property manager who wrote the letter of reference in fact has stated that our HOA president never was given permission to make copies of her letter to be mailed out to me and the other owners in Ocean Walk My HOA dues pay for Waccamaw Managment services WM should provide answers to me about t

I received a bill for $from Waccamaw Management for the property I own at *** *** way, *** *** SC XXXXX in November of I tried calling the office several times to speak with Stacy *** the representative who handled The Farm to try to find out why I was being billedWith no response, I went to the office and met with StacyShe told me that my September payment was missing for $and that had caused a lot of late feesI found my September payment in my only Bank of America account and emailed her the copy November 12,

Waccamaw Maanagenent will not provide the service for which I am paying them with my HOA fees
Waccamaw Management sent me a letter threatening me with a fine for running on common property in my neighborhood I am the only home owner in the neighborhood who has been issued this threat Waccamaw Management refuses to answer my questions regarding why I was singled out in this threat Waccamaw Management has failed to answer my questions about what they will do to stop home owners from harassing me on common property, using their dogs to block me from using common property, and calling me profane words on common property Waccamaw Management refuses to communicate with me and they are obligated to provide this service to as I pay monthly HOA fees to Waccamaw

Lastly, parvo is nearly 100% preventable with proper vaccinationWith timely visits to your veterinarian at 6, 9, 12, and weeks for vaccinations and prophylactic deworming, puppies and their families can avoid the heartbreak you have experiencedIn fact, there are local clinics that will vaccinate your puppy for only a few dollarsIf you would volunteer with them, you could get the vaccinations freeSorry to get into education mode, but I hope that everyone reading about your situation will make a point to contact their veterinarian to ensure that their puppies are up to date on needed health care

I appreciate the waived fee, but my husband and I agreed to pay what we were quoted for treatment, never gave our budgetAnd we DID decline hospitalization, only due to the pricing being completely out of budget, but that would be true for most peopleWe were never told of high parvo suspicions when we did the first parvo test, and that statement angers meI've read we're not the only people this same thing has happened to, and suppose the waived fee for euthanasia is the only acceptable thing I read in the returned statementThanks

On October 20, 2014 at approximately 1:00 am, my dog escaped from my fenced in yard and was hit by a car. Animal control picked him up and seen he was injured and took him to Animal Emergency Center in [redacted]. At the time animal control had my phone number and address. They tried to contact me but I did not hear the phone. At approximately 5:50 am, Animal Emergency Center called me and told me that I needed to come get my dog immediately. I got to the animal hospital at about 6:15 am. They took me into a room and handed me paperwork to authorize care. At that time, they did not give me any information about my dog, they said the veterinarian would be in shortly. I signed some of the papers but would not initial for treatment since I did not know the status of my dog. Finally, the veterinarian came in and told me about my dog's injuries. She told me that they had done x-rays and given him pain meds to make him comfortable.I then need to decide whether to take him to another facility for orthopedic care or have my dog euthanised. She told me my bill was over $600.00! I told her that I had not authorized any treatment over my dog and that they had my phone number, since they had called me, and they were not authorized to treat me and that I shouldn't have any charges except the exam and pain medication. They told me that I had to pay or they would send me to collections. They refused to take payments nor partial payment. They told me that the bill had to be paid in full within 7 days. I have a copy of the charges and had to put this bill on my Care Credit.Desired SettlementI would like to be refunded $541.00, that is the charge minus the cost for the euthanasia ($49) and disposal of my dog ($52). Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to have my dog cremated and his ashes given to me because of the unexpected cost of the unauthorized treatment.Business Response I first became aware of this complaint via fax on November 18, 2014. I contacted [redacted]a on Tuesday, November 18th via telephone and we discussed her concerns. I agreed with her assessment of the complaint, and I agreed with her request for a refund in the amount of $541.00.
