I purchased a customized cage for $2500.00 payable in advance. What a fool I am. She never delivered anything. I provided specific measurements for this cage to fit in my RV.
And a second time when she claimed she didn't have the dimensions. She has not returned calls or responded to our email. Anyone interested in starting a class action suite please contact Deena at 727-236-8527.

Thank you for all your help in getting this resolved.  I am just disappointed that it took getting you involved to get things resolved.Hope you have a safe and happy holiday season.

Ms. Daily (owner of Animal Environments) is dishonest and does not live up to her agreements. She only cares about getting your money and after she agrees to one price, tries to send you more invoices after the items have been delivered. Please be extremely careful.
She tells you that you have 20 weeks to return her cages, but will not accept your returns causing more charges on your end. She is a complete fraud.

Review: On Thursday, November 19, 2015, I accepted, via email, an offer of a bird cage package from Animal Environments. Within terms of this offer, certain specific components were to be included as part of the cage package. When I received my shipment, I found that one of the components, "1 [redacted] perch on the top," was not included in the box. I have been in touch with [redacted] several times, asking that my perch be shipped. The last email I received from [redacted] said I would receive the perch "This Year!"

"This Year!" is unacceptable, for several reasons. First of all, the cage is unusable for my parrot, without the perch on top, as he tries to cling to the cage wire but is unable to do so, and is at risk for falling and injuring himself. Secondly, the top perch was a component of the purchase that was agreed upon by both parties. Thirdly, I paid for both the cage package, and its shipping, very promptly and with the understanding that I would receive all agreed-upon components. As I said, without the cage-top perch, my $750 cage (plus $224.76 shipping) is worthless.

I have documentation, via email, of the offer, the acceptance of the offer, my payments, and [redacted]'s replies to my request to have the cage-top perch promptly shipped.Desired Settlement: I would like the cage-top perch that I paid for, shipped promptly at Animal Environments' expense, and without further rudeness on the part of the seller.

Review: 5/8/15 asked if parts avail (a lock and a spring) immediately replied they were with prices listed, 5/11 confirmed address, 6/15 rec. invoice, 6/16 paid, 7/15 asked when items shipped, 7/18 rec. 1 of 2 items paid for, 7/18 was checking as to why item was missing, 7/30 asked again for missing item, was told in box shipped, sent photo of what rec'd, 8/1 was told I was never charged for missing item (but was), told was shipping tomorrow, 9/27 [redacted] asked for me to send back old lock, told her I had still not replaced still waiting on second item, 9/28 she said she would ship personally but was currently out of office, 10/7 asked for tracking info again...no response.Desired Settlement: I want the spring that I paid for and have the receipt for but never received. It was only 5.99, but I have gotten every excuse from this company since May it is now October. If they do not have the part I have paid for then they need to say so and send me a refund check with tracking.
