I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They have my address, and I assume a refund will be sent to it as no other option was mentioned. It would be nice if record keeping was tighter. The name of the referring veterinarian is incorrect as well as is calling me a Mr. Mr. [redacted] was not present. I, Mrs[redacted] was. Thank you.

customer and Loveland Ford have agreed on a satisfactory resolution to the complaint - dealer will refund, the cancellation amount do the customer as calculated by the warranty cancelation department for 1st extended warranty's - upon customer providing all necessary paperwork to do so - please...
