Thank you for mailing me that information it was interesting readingI do however have the dog scheduled to have his neuter done on the 27th but I can tell you I have the verification to prove the emails and the phone records to prove that what they are saying or what she is saying is the incorrect information they are actually lying as much as I hate to use that term she stated in the letter that my first voice mail was received from them and I was extremely rude without having any first communication with our staff to back up this story when I first got the information on the low-cost neutering from a clinic here in Verona I called numerous times for weeks and nobody got through to me finally when I was able to get throughI might have been a little rude but that is not the story it took me almost months to get somebody to get back to me as far as she stating that I refuse to pay the low cost that is also incorrect I have every email from every representative I ever spoke to because I that's the only way that we ever communicated so that is also information I explained it one point to the representative Chelsea that I had to wait until I had the money to schedule it and she even has in her email again which I have to verify that she understood cuz I said even $was a lot for me and my daughter and I were splitting the cost so even $for me was a lot of money I ended up contacting the chief operations officer and CEO due to the fact that they decided to drop me without no reason no rhyme no nothing again I have the emails documentation to back that up I'm not going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com if I do not have the verification as far as them telling me that they reached out to me numerous times trying to schedule this that is information as far as being difficult I don't feel I was being difficult I was feel I was being told one thing and then turned around and did another the reason why I was told at one point that they were cancelling the services was due to the fact that I hung up on somebody which is very information when I try to discuss this matter with Carol W*** she told me she wasn't going to keep moving backwards moving forward so we can help the dog I totally agree with that I had talked to her at one point and she had told me she was going to call me back it took her four days to call me back so yeah I got a little upset due to the fact with my history with this company organization not returning phone calls I am hoping I make sense in this email because I have to do is speak and text I am moving forward with the surgery I appreciate their assistance after all that's what they are there for I am trying to do the right thing for my animal I don't appreciate being accused of being rude of lying deceitful and difficult I will keep these for my records if you ever need verification to go along with my complaint please let me know because I like I said I have the emails of documentation of every representative I've ever spoken with including my phone records thank you so much again for mailing meme that information*** ***

to pet owners who need it most in our communityOur Program Assistants, who schedule the appointments, handle approximately calls per day in addition to other job duties they must carry out during their workdayWe respond to calls in a timely fashion and have a recorded voicemail which informs clients of wait timesWhile our goal is to return calls within two business days, there are times during the year when call volume rises and call back times increase. On the first voicemail we received from the complainant, she was extremely rude and, without having any first-hand communication with our staff, immediately threatened to file a complaint with your organizationWhen we returned her call to identify the services we could offer, she stated she would not pay the subsidized cost quoted for those servicesAs our goal was to provide the much needed surgery for her dog, we made special accommodations which included lowering the price even furtherThe surgery her dog needs is not a routine surgery and is more expensive due to the extra surgeon time and care involved.She did not immediately schedule an appointmentInstead, a series of phone calls and emails were exchanged for over a month between the complainant and four members of our staff trying to secure a date and paymentShe also contacted our Chief Operating Officer and our President & CEO when she felt we didn’t immediately address her call. We offered numerous accommodations for the complainant including further reducing our pricing and working with her multiple times to find an agreeable appointment time and locationMany other clients took a backseat while multiple staff members tried to work with the complainant who was becoming increasingly difficult. As a compassionate non-profit organization who is committed to assisting tens of thousands of pets and pet owners in need throughout the region, we believe we went above and beyond to accommodate this complainant.
