Animal Hospital of Kennewick

Review: Dr.[redacted] set and placed a steel pin in my dogs broken leg. He charged for all services up front including the removal of the steel pin. His office has not returned my calls, no one has been on site for the past two weeks, the office's phone now rings busy all the time and for the sake of my dog, I have had to have another Veterinarian in the area remove the pin in his leg. What has happened to this Dr.? Can I be reimbursed for having to complete the service he was paid to perform?Desired Settlement: At least $560 should be refunded to compensate for services he did not render.
