Review: I have 2 emails documenting that owner Derrick C[redacted] has promised to email a refund of $50, because they did not manufacture my dog's $600 brace in the right color. (in fact when they claimed they were out of the the color requested, which was BLACK.. I as found written on a snall note in the shipping box, But they never even contacted me and ask what second color choice I would have, and just manufactured it, with what they guessed - BROWN) When you pay that much for a custom item, you would like it in a preferred color. I would of happily picked another, they have many to choose from, colors and patterns. but certainly not Brown. I realize it would cost too much to remanufacture the brace in a proper color, all I am asking, is that Mr. C[redacted] follow up on his word, that he would send me a check for $50 for the mistake. It has been over a Month now. I have recieved nothing. Thank YouDesired Settlement: a check for $50 in the mail.
