Animal Palace Pet Spa

If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! I brought my Maltese in this morning for a shave and a flea bath! When I got the call she was ready I was already in route to the shop so I was there within 10 minutes of the call! When I picked her up and took her to pee after paying unnoticed her eye was squinted shut a little and just thought she had a hair in it or something so I left!
An hour later both of her eyes were swollen completely shut! I called the company and was told they were sorry and was passed around to several different people to talk to and the was hung up on!
Called them back and spoke with the women in the front and she said that if I brought her back in that the owner was there to speak to me and they wouldwork something out with me Bc I spent 100$ there and couldn't pay a vet right after that have her eye looked at!
When I arrived I walked in and stood there this old man came up and looked at her and said yea I see what your talking about and sat in his chair! Then the groomer came out and asked if I wanted her to wash Stella's eye out and I said no I just wanted to take her to the vet at first and she continued to say it would help so I let her, while she was in the back she took pictures of my dogs eyes which was fine but weird if she hadn't done anything wrong.
After standing there 30 minutes I I asked the man where the manager was that I was waiting in and he goes oh well I'm the owner! I was in shock that he had me standing there the whole time holding my dog just ignoring me after I called them back and was told to come in to work something out!
He then treated me like I was an it for wanting my money back so that I could afford to take her to the vet! He said we didn't do anything wrong to her ! She was fine when she left! But she wasn't and I had told them that several times! He then stated that anything could have happened to her eye within the hour I was gone with her! He had several women from the back come out one making the comment well it's expensive to own a dog that's why I am down to one!
When I called in to tell them what was going on the girl that did my dog was put on the phone and while talking to her she lied and said the dog sat there for two hours waiting on me! When they called me I was already driving that direction so I swung in within 10 minutes of them telling me she was ready!
I was lied to treated like an it and completely disrespected by every single staff member I came in contact with! I was treated like I was in the wrong! I spent almost 100$ there which is more than I have ever spent in getting my dog groomed which is completely fine other than the fact I am now having to take her to the vet! There are so many great groomers in the area! DONT USE THIS ONE!!!! I left there in tears Bc I can't afford to take my dog to the vet today!!! I could go one with things that were said to me and in a rude manner but! I am in complete shock!
