[redacted] applied for Care Credit through our facility on 6/9/15. At that time, the credit line was apparently declined through Care Credit, but later extended as they did more inquiry into her credit status. We did not, and have not, charged any amount on [redacted] Care Credit account. The only...
monies we have received have been 2 different transactions on her Visa Cards in the amount of $357 each, totaling $714.00, which she authorized both transactions by her signature. We have since tried to contact her by phone regarding the status of her dog, leaving a message with her sister on June 17, 2015.

To Whom It May Concern,The business did not satisfactorily answer the question of who processed the Care Credit account and also charged an amount of $207 on it on 06/14/2015. These items are showing on my credit reports and have lowered my credit scores by approximately 50 points. If I had been approved for the Care Credit account and used it on my own, I would not have an issue with this business. Since I believe they ran my credit application again and also charged on the account which was opened by Care Credit on a later date, the account should be reported as fraudulent and closed.
