On May 18th, I had spoken with *** *** numerous times regarding a collections bill he received from our collections agency, Resource ManagementI have no record of ever seeing nor billing himI told him to call *** at Resource Management as she would have more information regarding the balanceI also called *** at Resource Management and spoke to her about the situation and we concluded this bill is under is step-father's name, *** *** and are unsure why it ended up in *** name*** told me she had a gentleman on her staff that deals directly with the credit bureaus and had this balance taken off of his name and would be reflected on his credit in 7-business daysI left him a voicemail as well telling him this and *** had told him this as wellIf he had any more issues, he was to call *** at Resource Management.
