Review: I bought two tickets to attend the anime expo 2015 at the [redacted] for Thursday 7/2 by mistake. I actually wanted to buy tickets for Saturday 7/4 . I have tried emailing anime expo three times, and my emails are never returned. I've tried calling anime expo several times through their third-party ticket seller, [redacted], and [redacted] is unable to contact anime expo as well.

I either want my tickets changed for Saturday, or a refund of my money, so I can then buy tickets again, but for the right day.

My order number is: [redacted].

I ordered these tickets on May 1st, and I have yet to be able to resolve this issue, or get into contact with someone who can help me for over three weeks.Desired Settlement: I want my tickets changed to Saturday, or a refund.

Review: I purchased two tickets for the Anime Expo convention. Their refund policy states:

"Your refund request must be received within 30 days of your registration purchase date. After 30 days, you may request for a transfer once, good only for the following year. Due to the new registration system and updated security requirements, name changes on purchased registrations will no longer be permitted. Please make sure to have your full, legal name attached to any new registrations."

I put in my request for a refund through their website as per their directions before the 30 day window. I have made numerous follow up requests through their site and now on the Facebook page and I have still not received a response. To this date, I have not received a response and now I am well outside the window.

I do not feel that I should be liable to their inability to respond to refund requests. How can I adhere to their guidelines if they do not respond to me and provide me a service that is clearly outlined as their policy?Desired Settlement: I would like to be issued a refund for my one ticket (all other tickets still stand).

Review: For this year's anime expo I accidently bought two 4 day passes for the event. I emailed the company explaining the dilemma and got no reply. I have sent email after email and have not offered any type of solution. I did contact the company through [redacted] and they assured me I would get a response. It's been an entire month and I haven't received anything.Desired Settlement: I would like a response and a full refund.
