this is the link of tracking the parcel https://t.17track.net/en#nums=*** .and our company doesnt have credit card information , we are using shopify payment gateway and there isnt any way that the customer detail would be leak in any of the way if Revdex.com wants the shipping proof that
also can be provided the parcel was shipped VIA S.F.Express . If there is any thing I would be glad to help out the customer and we reply every email that we get but due to high number of orders we get we would have missed the customer email or else he/she doesnt have to make complaint

Due to high demand for the following product , we werent able to produce that much , so we refunded most of the orders , the customer already disputed the chargeback in which we accept that the item wasnt shipped and accepted the charge back , now the case is been under investigation , and hope
fully customer will receive his Order money as soon the trail period is ended I apologize for the troublesome issue that the customer had with our company , since the company is accepting there fault , the customer will receive his money soon and will be provided a full time discount as a gift from our side . If still the customer is facing issues he can email us at *** for future discussion

the order that you give us , show us that the item was in progress and then the customer filed a charge back against the transaction , and in which its our company fault because the item that he request was not in stock , thus we where refunding him but he couldnt wait for reply from our side now
as the customer filed the charge back we accepted it , because we couldnt produce it Now we are trying our best to give support to our customers so that there isnt a issue like this in future

Hi [redacted],I apologize I was out of town and did not see your first letter. I got your second letter late and then begin working on the issue with the customer.  I received your third letter and it looks like we have a black mark and I don't want this. Is there any way I can get this...

resolved? To update I sent the customer with two options: to receive her shirt or full refund and we are still waiting to hear back. Thank you for your attention and once again I apologize for being late responding.[redacted]

I accept the fact they admit wrong doing but do not believe it will be resolved. Not once did they offer refund I kept hearing have patience and it shipped all ready. One excuse after another. As far as charge back they told bank it shipped and that it was resolved which is far from the truth. I will wait to see if they follow through but wont hold my breath.
