I am begging the staff of AniMed to please be more professional. PLEASE. For all the animals and for the human's that love them. Please show more respect. We have not received a call to see on Simba's status from AniMed. We have not received an apology for the way we were treated. That is inexcusable. He was your patient. He was not just a paycheck for your establishment. He meant the world to my family and I. We will not be returning to AniMed. We do not wish to do further business with your establishment. We beg you from the bottom of our hearts, to please hire better staff who take that extra mile to make sure an animal and it's family are taken care of. Those families are the reason why you are able to stay in business. Please treat them better than the way you treated Simba and us. Please be courteous. Please be professional. Please learn bed side manners. Please clean an animal if it defecates or spits up medicine. They are helpless after a major surgery. Please keep the family updated. Please know people are entrusting you with the care of their loved one. That is such an honor. Out of all the places, they chose to pick your hospital. They chose to trust you. Give them the service they deserve. We cannot take care of our animals when they have major problems. That is why you are important. Please be better.","neg-1
