We advertise our services through various channels including [redacted] our basic job is to not only repair and fix the damages in user's Computers but also to educate them on how to avoid the trouble coming again.In this business, due to the fact everyday various new scams are appearing day by day and also there is a flood of shady tech support companies who are involved in bad practices of scamming users by using [redacted] and at times users also misunderstand Animon Solutions LLC as one of those, however unlike the tech support shady companies we never ever ask any personal detail from our users and request them to first use our services and if they are satisfied with the services, we subsequently request them to pay us through checks in mail or money orders. We never ask our users to submit any of their personal details to us neither over the phone nor online.We believe in providing services to the level of customer satisfaction and then only to pay a nominal fee to us for our services, however even after making the payment our users always have the right to get a refund for their payment upto 30 days from the first day of services rendered to them.Our users are independent in order to make a decision to pay or not to pay depending upon their experience with us and they have all the right to say a no to any payment which they think is not worth for services they availed through us.With the highest transparency in business and with all the ethics if [redacted] Would have mentioned that she is not happy with the services and does not want to pay, we Would certainly have never contacted her again for any follow up call for maintenance or payments.
