The individual that has submitted this untruthful claim is not entitled to a "refund".SPA Anisa was contacted via ###-###-#### at 6:46pm on 9/11/and also via email through the online system [redacted] requesting appointment for two people.When attempt was made to return the call, was told instantly in a very rude, abrupt manner that no call was ever made to my establishment and not to call back! Another attempt was made, and was told "do not call back here!" The person would not "pause" to even hear what/where I was calling fromWhen l stated their first name and tried to verify the surname in an attempt to pronounce her name correctly, she replied "I do not have to give you my name, do not call back here and I did not call you!" and abruptly ended the call.The very next day, received a lengthy voice message from the same individual from cell# listed above requesting a call back from SPA Anisa and promising that if the call was returned they would not be "rude" This voice message is saved and can be forwarded if neededThe request to not return the call was obligedThis individual made an appointment on the booking system for 10/03/with phone ####-###-#### and the appointment was immediately canceledIt was suggested that a commercial day-spa such as [redacted] or [redacted] can possibly accommodate such undesirable energies since SPA Anisa is a more intimate, exclusive setting.Received another voice voice message from the same individual requesting a call back and inquiring as to why the appointment was canceled Indeed, this individual is fully aware of the situationThis is when the person sent an email revealing that they were in fact in possession of a gift certificate they were given at a fundraiserThey then demanded to receive a refund for something they didn't purchase! The $Gift Certificate was purchased by long time client of SPA Anisa and was for an Express FacialThe appointment the person made on 10/03/was actually scheduled for a spa mani/pedi combo.The person was advised via email that the original purchaser of the gift certificate is entitled to the refundMy long-term client (bi-weekly for eight years) has been advised she will receive an $credit on her next appointment and has accepted.SPA Anisa
