Review: 1) On 3/9/13, a representative of Tax Divas completed my 2012 taxes. I paid to have my taxed (state and local) electronically filed at the cost of $280.00. After five weeks of waiting for my return, I contacted the IRS and was informed that the preparer left out $500.00 due for the 2008 tax credit. According to IRS, the process then went from electronic to manual handling and it would take an additional 9-weeks to complete. Prior to this, they over charged me $25.00 for the service (reimbursed). My 2012 taxes was never directly deposited due to the preparer using my SS# instead of my bank account number. On 5/20/13, I e-mailed Anita T. Conner (owner of Tax Divas)to inform her of my dissatisfaction with the service 2 years in a row. I heard nothing from her, but was contacted by the person who made the mistakes. On 6/10/13, the IRS stated they will send me a letter stating explaining in detail the error and why this will take an additional 30 days. Until utilizing Tax Divas, I never had a problem with my taxes. As of 6/14/13,I still have not received my refund. I will never use them again.Desired Settlement: 1) I paid, what I feel, too much money two years in a row for these mistakes to happen. 2) I feel my problems warranted an appology from someone at the top. I feel she [Conner] does not understand what customer service is, much less what good customer service is about.3) While I'm not asking for reimbursement, I would like a small loan until my return is received([redacted] has this service).

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me once the refund has been made. Thank you so very much for your assistance.
