I lived in Thornbury apartment since with my family Once I got married I got myself a one bedroom apartment in same PropretyOnce I got myself apartment I did not receive any gate remote because when we moved in apartment we where staying in previously we paid $for two remotes for the gatesSo when I moved in *** *** my leasing agent was *** he said I don't need new remotes because I already have old ones he will just transfer it to my new apartment which I agreed onOnce I moved out I am charged dollars for not returning the remote because the proprety manager ***said it came with the apartment I informed her that I had paid deposit of $for each remote and did not receive any remote while moving in new apartmentI got my deposit back and I am being charged for remote I never gotI spoke to *** *** *** at the proprety no responseI was given number for their corporate office I spoke to *** ** *** *** ***&nbs

I am a tenant who has lived at your Thornbury property for nearly yearsI have had some bad experiences at this property but due to recent events I am so disappointed with the way I am being treated
This nightmare for me started on 11/25/2016, I was woken up by a neighbor knocking on my door saying that my car that was parked in front of my garage was damagedI immediately ran downstairs to find my back windshield busted out, at that time I saw a maintenance man in a motor cart indicating that he didn’t see anything but that the property management keeps refusing to have onsite security and that is why tenants are seeing more and more vandalism to their cars
I called the police filed a report, called my insurance company and then took picturesAfter all this I called the complex and they immediately informed me that this was not their issue and that I would be responsible I then said that I understand that but can they possible waive the late fees
Ever since moving in I have had issues with the apartment, first I had a water leak which took a week to resolveThe leak flooded the first and second floor and caused mold near my the front doorIt took for me to go the office for one week for mold issue to be resolvedNow I have been having issues with my water heater for over a week and halfI was promised this issue would be resolved by today, however nothing has been completed or provided in feedback of any delays
