We ordered two pendants on August 16, My husband's credit card was billed He was emailed that they were shipped on August 20th, via UPS, for overnight delivery on August 21st A tracking number was provided Nothing arrived on August 21st ; he waited all day because a signature was required He contacted UPS on August 21st and was informed that Anjolee never gave them the package He contacted Anjolee on August 22nd and was informed that this was a fraudulent purchase and had to contact his credit card company He contacted his credit card company and was informed that the items were approved on August 16th The credit card company said that , as of August 22nd, nothing had been credited back to his accounti I, his wife, called Anjolee on August 22nd and spoke to Shannon, who did not know was going on , even though we have emails from her She stated that Andrea would call me back on August 23rdI have not heard from anyone, even though I spoke to Shannon, and
