Hello, in terms of the documents requested, I only have FB messages and text messages to verify the deal we made. This trainer would not give me a written contract. He was recommended to me via church through an advertisement he made. I verified this addresses through a series of messages. He also...

insisted that I pay him cash. Given, he was referred to me through church I thought he was a safe person. Also, this person moved from his previous listed address to the Vernon street address that I provided. I also have a witness in terms of paying this trainer. I gifted my brother in law the same deal (paying $300 upfront) and the same thing happened to my brother in law. He also has text messages. None of his money was returned (my gift towards his sessions) and he did not train with [redacted]. He only had a free introductory consult with this trainer ([redacted]). Please let me know if you would like the text messages or an affidavit from my brother in law and I can get it notarized and scanned to the Revdex.com.

Review: My complaint of this company is that this person had me pay fees upfront for personal training and he became derogatory and belligerent during the training process. I asked for a refund since he did not complete my training sessions (I have an email exchange stating what I paid for). He is not returning my unused money. The advertisement was for 20 sessions at $300 (cash paid upfront) and I only completed 8 sessions of training. This personal trainer needs to refund my money. I also gifted another $300 to my brother in law of which this trainer said he is flexible with training hours ( a conversation that took place between my brother in law and the trainer) and later this trainer said he can only train one time (12 pm). My brother in law has work at that time. This trainer has not refunded that $300 either. We are looking at a refund of over $450 which this trainer will not return or respond to. I am wondering if he even has a business license.

I would like a refund of $400. I am willing to negotiate on this (as low as $300 but nothing lower) otherwise we will need to go to small claims court. I need this person to return the money they have been provided when they have not provided the service.
