I am rejecting this response because: The E-bay merchant points to YOUR warranty for service and replacementThis warranty, which was included in the OEM packing you produced no where states that it is no good when purchased from someone other than yourselfThe warranty is very misleadingYou do not clearly state that the item must be purchased from youNO consumer goes to a website to look at a warranty when they buy a product - they read the warranty inside the box it came withThis is what I did. Not acceptable.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:It is now 8 days later and I still have not received the aforementioned item. I have received several redundant e mails to contact them  from different customer service agents. Usually when Amazon ships it takes no longer then 2 days to arrive from their  Davenport, FL. facility to Jacksonville, FL. They say it was requested on 12/23 and today it is now 12 / 31/16 and no item. I have not received any notice  from Amazon of the shipping. I did receive an e mail over a week ago asking if my address was correct and that a new request would be sent to Amazon for a replacement order. I am rejecting this response because: I already responded to the email and you haven't replied yet. I am still waiting for the $120 installation fee refund  on my PayPal account as you promised. By the way the other two other dashcams were tried by my family members and they are burnt battery swollen and screen detached  just like many experienced and you issued recall alert and pulled them from amazon. I also spend over $100 trying different SD cards because the dashcam had many issues such as constant beeping and files getting locked  for no reasons. I also didn't get full refund on [redacted]. I was asked to try a Samsung SD card by [redacted] and she promised to refund me which she did but she refunded on my Amazon account.

Sorry for all the inconvenience the delay of shipping caused and the delayed response. We thought the case has already been closed. We arranged a re-sending of the free gift after we received your email mentioning that you did not receive it. However, the shipping was delayed due to Christmas holidays. It was shipped on Dec. 27 and arrived on Dec. 31.

that only one Dashcam is returned. We thought you will return all the three Roav Dashcams in your hand back to us(including the one we sent for free and the original one). By the way, for your information, the connector of the USB cable for Roav Dashcam is a normal Micro USB connector which can be used with almost all the Dashcam in the market. But if you really need to remove it from your car's battery, we will be glad to cover the $120 cost. Please just provide us with a receipt and your paypal account, we will issue the refund as soon as possible. Look forward to hearing from you again.

Usually an order should be shipped after one business day. As it was late on Dec. 22, it will be regarded as Dec. 23, and the shipping was delayed because of the holidays. Sorry for any inconvenience it caused! You can expect the flashlight in around 4 to 5 business days.
