We try very hard to please everyone and treat them fairly [redacted] Came to us with a very worn out [redacted] asking for an inspectionThe brakes were on the floorHe told me upfront he had very little money to spendAll the brake lines were very rusted and on leaked all the brake fluidWe replaced all the steel brake lines for an agreed price of $I called other shops to see if I overcharged for the brake work [redacted] (###-###-####) quoted $800.00, [redacted] Auto (###-###-####) $When [redacted] called to tell me he had a problemI offered to send a tow truck and repair any problems with what we did for freeI didn't get another call until they came in with a bill from [redacted] Auto for $I then offered to discount his $to $A discount of $not $We also repaired a coolant leak for an agreed price of $I usually charge for any towing but I gave it to [redacted] for my cost of $We found a very loose front control arm bushing and replaced itThe front brake rotors were rustedI wanted to replace them but [redacted] asked if we could do it cheaper so I sanded all rotors and didn't even charge any laborWhen I test drove the car I noticed both front wheel bearings were very badI felt terrible so I replaced the worst one and only charged for the Hub (bearing) no labor (usually $106.50)Enclosed is his agreement to pay the $balance by Dec 29th and copy of his billI think I am being very fairI wasn't given the opportunity to repair any mistakes my shop may have madeAnd I still offered to pay for the costs at [redacted] Auto and even further discount his billI really though I was helping ** Thanks, [redacted] ***
