My name is [redacted] , I'm the owner of Mobil in Brockton responding back to complaint [redacted] The customer came in when my husband was thereMy husbands English is very limitedHe didn't even know what is "scam artist" meansBut claims that my husband called her thatShe walked in and demanded her money backMy husband comment was if everyone had came in with receipts like you , we have to give money back? he tried to be nice to her but she had an attitude, she told other customers to go to a different gas stationhe was never rude to customer that is our business, we have to treat the customer with respect for they will come back to usThen she wrote a complaint to my Franchise, when I received her complaint, I told my franchise manager to come see her with her bank statementBut somehow my manger didn't email herSo she emailed Mobil a complaintAnd Mobil manager gave me her email and I emailed her to come inI can't just give money back when she said she didn't get gas because she was outside and pumpedAll the Mobil pumps will never automatically charged when customers don't get the gasOn my transaction logs it showed that her transaction took seconds to pump gallons of superIf it didn't dispense the gas, how come she held the nozzle secondsOne of my employees said she came in weeks later and said the pump didn't start at 0, it started at cents and demanded cents backMy employee gave her centsThis is what I will do to resolve the complaintI will send her a statement, my video clip to MobilThen they will investigate the gallons associated with the dollar amount I sold on that dayIf it was the pump's error, I will reimburse her Attached is the transaction log for that day

I have no idea what they are talking about! They are saying that I came to the store a couple of weeks later and an employee gave me cents? They should pull the tape of the store because they are sorely mistaken her husband speaks fine English by the way and was extremely rude again, pull the tape of the store and you will see thatI had been trying to get this resolved since 2/and the only time I heard back was once I submitted a complaint through Revdex.com.

demanded her money back. My husband comment was if everyone had came in with receipts like you , we have to give money back? he tried to be nice to her but she had an attitude, she told other customers to go to a different gas station. he was never rude to customer that is our business, we have to treat the customer with respect for they will come back to us. Then she wrote a complaint to my Franchise, when I received her complaint, I told my franchise manager to come see her with her bank statement. But somehow my manger didn't email her. So she emailed Mobil a complaint. And Mobil manager gave me her email and I emailed her to come in. I can't just give money back when she said she didn't get gas because she was outside and pumped. All the Mobil pumps will never automatically charged when customers don't get the gas. On my transaction logs it showed that her transaction took 49 seconds to pump 7 gallons of super. If it didn't dispense the gas, how come she held the nozzle 49 seconds. One of my employees said she came in 2 weeks later and said the pump didn't start at 0, it started at 37 cents and demanded 37 cents back. My employee gave her 50 cents. This is what I will do to resolve the complaint. I will send her a statement, my video clip to Mobil. Then they will investigate the gallons associated with the dollar amount I sold on that day. If it was the pump's error, I will reimburse her 15.00. Attached is the transaction log for that day.
