Medical Staff Arrested
Can’t believe there is medical staff working around other citizens that has a criminal back ground. There should be more back ground checks on employees who work in this field. How people depend on honest and caring people to care of us.

Employee Stealing supplies from Medical facility
I’m going to remain anonymous for my protection. There is a employee who works for AnMed Health for more than 10 years by the name Kristie L Blackwell. She has been taken different types of supply’s from AnMed Health for her personal use. She works on the resource team for AnMed Health. I don’t believe it’s fair for the citizens of Anderson SC to be paying for these supplies when Employees are stealing them from the offices. We are ready pay for health insurance and it high enough. The sad thing is we have medical professionals who supposedly are honest but not. AnMed Health needs to do something about this soon before it gets out of hand. Thank you

I talked with [redacted] on 1/31/17 ..spoke to Annie at [redacted] and she pulled eobs....she agrees with me that patient does owe the balance of $22.32.  I was told on that date that she was sending out the eobs showing patient liability to Mr. [redacted].  I called Mr. [redacted]...

this morning, he said he has not received anything from [redacted] showing he owes this money and still insists that he does not.  I called [redacted] again today and spoke to Raven and she stated she will send the eobs out to patient.  I am not sure what else AnMed can do to get this resolved.  Let me know if I can do anything else.Sherry L. [redacted] Again, as I stated yesterday AnMed talks about conversations with [redacted], where is their documentation?  I have provided documentation from [redacted] that I do not owe it, that documentation was presented to AnMed. I’ve had this conversation way too many times.  I asked if AnMed has the letter [redacted] sent out Oct 4, 2016 stating I do not owe the amount,  she stated they do not have such letter.  This contradicts what AnMed told me in earlier conversation in the Nov-Dec timeframe, that they indeed have the letter.  The letter is same as the one I sent to Revdex.com.  AnMed states they don't know what else they can do, my suggestion is provide something beyond fabricated rhetoric.

thanks you for forwarding this concern.  As you are aware, due to strict HIPAA regulations, we do not respond in detail to the Revdex.com;however, we have been in contact with the patient and have resolved the concern.  thank You!

the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Since insurance claims must be re-filed and re-billed, I cannot verify the resolution will be completed within the 5 days I have to respond. But I am confident that this will be completed as agreed. I have spoken to a representative that has agreed this is their error and she has taken complete ownership of resolving this issue.Thank you for your time in this matter.
