After receiving damage to my roof, I hired Aero Roofing to repair the damage (roof they originally put up about years ago) Even then, the owner wasn't friendly and made it seem like we were bothering him After about a month after the repair, I saw water leaking from my ceiling during heavy rain After inspecting the attic, I saw light coming through the roof and water coming through When I called Aero again, he told me I had to pay for the repair again His work is supposed to come with a guarantee, but he acted like I have to pay as if this is totally new damage, and not the shingles he just worked on During this, he hung up on my husband (who was unaware of the situation) after he put Aero on a brief hold, and hung up on me later that day as I put Aero on a brief hold Even though I could've been upset with this situation after spending hundreds of dollar for the repair, I was the one who was courteous and professional Unfortunately, I feel it is necessary to file a complaint here for failure to guarantee work, and a very unfriendly unprofessional attitude
