Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Dear Revdex.com, I refuse to accept this response due to numerous reasons highlighted below.
1. During my last response, I provided email documentation from my interactions with Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] is unable to provide any documentation on how I was “rude” or “hostile” to his staff because he does not have any documentation. I maintained a professional relationship the entire time I retained [redacted] Law Firm because my ultimate goal was to reach a divorce settlement, and that was the main focus. I submitted proof of email exchanges I had with Mr. [redacted] and his staff. He also mentioned that I lied and was caught in a lie; however, this is completely untrue because I have no idea what he is referring to. He cannot even state what this lie is about and he does not have documentation to support this false claim. I suggest that Mr. [redacted] reviews the correspondences I submitted instead of stating that I have selective memory. That is completely unprofessional for a law firm to accuse someone of such mental limitations.
2. The issue that is being addressed in this Revdex.com complaint has to do with the fact that I have been erroneously charged for services that were not provided or could’ve been easily avoided due to timing. Mr. [redacted] does not address this issue at all; instead he refers to a client contract that was initially signed in 2014, and is irrelevant to the problem being presented. In addition, he maintains that the opposing party made mistakes with the marital settlement agreement by typing incorrect information. In my previous response, I provided full email documentation to prove that the marital settlement agreement was drafted by Mr. [redacted]’ office, thus, it is not possible for the opposing party to type in the wrong names because the opposing party did not initiate the contract. I also included a copy of the signed marital settlement agreement in my previous response with the signature date and the email dates. Please let me know if I need to resubmit my email exchanges with [redacted] Law Firm and provide the signed marital settlement agreement.
3. Mr. [redacted] should address the issue that is being presented in the complaint and not reiterate the fact that he has been selected as judge pro tem or that he helps children around the globe because neither one of those characteristics have anything to do with issue/complaint. I do not see an effort from Mr. [redacted] to resolve this matter. Instead, it appears that he is trying to paint a reputable reputation based upon self-glory. Please review all the documentation I previously submitted.
4. Revdex.com, please read and review the response from this attorney in its entirety. The way and manner that it is written in is very unprofessional. It is difficult to understand due to numerous false accusations without concrete evidence. In addition, it is not grammatically correct and does not support or address any of the concerns from the complaint. ]
Regards,
[redacted]

My office keeps precise and accurate payment information. This patient did not pay 1 of his $25.00 co-pay fees and owed a $10.00 balance on another $25.00 co-pay fee. He is either fabricating that he paid in full or is remembering inaccurately. We billed him multiple times and he did not respond to...

these bills. He was sent a warning letter that the debt would be sent to collections. He did not respond. The collection agency took on his account August of 2015. He is complaining more than a year later now as he is trying to buy a house and has a blemish on his credit report. He also, I might add, has been threatening to me on the phone recently. The charge stands.Thank you.Sincerely, Ann O[redacted] M.D.

[Good Morning,
I am very dissatisfied with the business’ response for many reasons. First of all, Mr. [redacted] is trying to place blame on opposing counsel for delays and mistakes when the marital settlement agreement was drafted and initiated by his paralegal, Ms. [redacted]. In addition, the mistakes that were made were during the drafting portion where I was able to identify several items the law firm omitted by accident. Please see the email attached asking for the mistakes to be fixed. In a separate email that was forwarded to me by my ex-husband, shows that he had already signed the marital settlement agreement and is now asking me to sign the marital settlement agreement in order to finalize the divorce and avoid another unnecessary court hearing. Please refer to the dates included in the emails. I was not able to sign it until mid-December because I did not receive the judgment packet back from [redacted] until then, even though Mr. [redacted] claims that the opposing counsel drafted incorrect documents. Lastly, Mr. [redacted] was very rude when I attempted to address my concerns with my new attorney, emails are attached. She was the third lawyer that was assigned to my case, but she never took the initiative to introduce herself nor call me to even inform me that I had a new lawyer from the firm. I was left out of the dark while unnecessary court hearings were upcoming and pending. Like previously stated in my initial complaint, these court hearings could’ve been avoided if it were not for the mistakes of the [redacted] Law Firm and their lack of urgency. I would also like to add that I signed a retainer with the [redacted] Law Firm beginning in October 2014 and by December 2015, the case was still unresolved. This was very disappointing considering that it was a divorce that was settled with a marital agreement, no children, and no contest. In addition, I have credit card statements proving that I have paid close to $10K to [redacted] Law Firm for the 14-month period I tried working with them. I understand that Mr. [redacted] is very sensitive to his reputation, but if you just look at his Yelp business page and the “hidden” reviews on there, it will show you that many people have experienced the same issues I have with this law firm. There is a complete lack of compassion for his clients in regards to the emotional and financial affects his actions have on them. ]

Dear Revdex.comThank you for allowing me to respond again to comments from Ms. [redacted]. This person has selected memory and overlooks here numerous changes and delays in providing information to my staff. She also fails to respond to the terms of the contract she signed with my office. My law firm is a training law firm and receives recommendations from family law judges who refer young attorneys to my firm for training. This is explained to every client. This also appears in writing in the retainer agreement when it states that other lawyers will be working on each case. I do this to put the client on notice and avoid the very erroneous comments being made by Ms [redacted]. She can't deny this fact because it appears in writing in the retainer SHE SIGNED.Ms. [redacted] says," Mr. [redacted] is rude". She was the individual who was rude not only to me but to my staff. There was a complete breakdown in the attorney client relationship which required my Firm to withdraw from representation. Ms. [redacted] is a very rude and hostile person. She makes false accusations and when caught in her lie refuses to apologize or admit her mistake. In this case the opposing attorney did in fact send over pleading with the wrong names of the parties. The document as prepared by the opposing attorney could NOT be signed and filed. Ms. [redacted] knows this ! This caused another delay. My staff was prompt and kept Ms. [redacted] informed throughout the representation. Her inability to act professionally and speak in appropriate language brought the necessary result of my Firms withdrawal. must always think of my staff and will not allow an angry and rude client to bully my staff. Ms. [redacted] is a very unhappy persons and brought her poor disposition often into this relationship. The retainer agreement also contains terms for fee arbitration. I have asked Ms [redacted] to follow our agreement and proceed to fee arbitration. She has declined to do so even though she agreed to this in Writing in the retainer agreement. She ignores the binding terms and conditions of documents she signs. Why not proceed to fee arbitration and settle any differences instead of making rude and disarranging comments. It really points to the type of person Ms. [redacted] is and how rude she can be by refusing to acknowledge the contract she signed.I am a Judge Pro Tem and honored to be selected. I am also honored to be chosen to train young lawyers by judges who sit on the bench of the San Diego Family Law Courts.Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to set the record straight. Response to complain iD [redacted]This complaint is totally contrary to the facts and the handling of this woman's case. I personally informed this woman that the opposing attorney drafted a judgement that had numerous errors and even had the names of the parties wrong. The person that wrote this...

complaint refuses to acknowledge the delay and mistakes caused by the opposing counsel. She was very rude to me when explained the circumstances and was dishonest about her own conduct which caused numerous delays in the handling of her case. Her complaint is simply a way to avoid paying her bill. My law firm worked very hard on this case and was continually confronted with a client who was rude to my staff and her appointed lawyer, a client who never wanted to pay for the legal services she requested and an opposing counsel who made serious mistakes in the drafting of documents that were caused by my staff. I am a former judge Pro Tem, and an attorney with over 40 years of experience. I am also an ordained pastor and do not treat people disrespectfully or rudely. In fact, visit my website and read my bio. The woman that wrote this dishonest complaint should be ashamed. She has also refused to participate in fee arbitration. Thank you for reviewing my response. Please call me if you would like to discuss.
