I asked for gel nails & pedicure instead he gave me acrylic and still charged me gel price also just painted my toes and didn't trim my toes or scrub or nothing just dry paint! $50!!!Acrylic is like usually $27.My nails were chipped before I left and I asked him to fix them and he wouldn't he said "$15 I fix it for you" -lady beside me also complained about her nails being wrong she asked for shellac and he still gave her acrylic too! Plus he cut her and when she said you cut me he was yelling at her saying she shouldn't have moved instead he should have apologized and then was yelling in a different language. He also charged her for shellac price!-we both asked for our money back but they denied and blamed us for telling them the wrong stuff. (Excuse) I repeatedly asked before we started if they could do pink and white gel nails French tip! He kept saying yes.- also I had to ask him to wash his hands before he did my nails. I shouldn't have to ask. As he was doing my nails I was looking around noticing things. They were reusing towels...dirty ones. They would take the dirty towels just go out the front door and shake it the bring it right back and put it on the table for th next person! They weren't cleaning the tubs after someone got their feet done they just emptied the water out and sent the next person up to use it! Their hands were disgusting paint all over them and they were eating while doing people's nails and still didn't wash their hands!-I get my nails done regularly and I know your hands will be sore sometimes. But they were extra rough! He was so rough my sides of my nails were bleeding and I tried telling him to please be gentle and he got rougher and I told him to please stop and he started yelling in another language to the other workers and they were laughing! And je just started staring at me in a very angry way with a smirk. Then I told him I was sorry but you were hurting me. Then he responded to me "stupid military wife!" My husband was there and this. We are both locals born and raised my husband served in the army and was deployed to Iraq and Proudly served his country since he was 18. He was highly upset with this man. They were rude to us as well as other customers, even thought they were the ones being lazy and were in the wrong. Not once did they say sorry to any of us.Will never be doing business with them again!Product_Or_Service: Gel nails, pedicureDesired SettlementI would like my money back!
