I would like to express my gratitude for the employees at Oasis InsuranceEveryone is always so helpful and informative, great pricing too!!! At times they are extremely busy and some customers are very rude to the employees as they are impatient but the employees at Oasis always conduct themselves in a professional manner I want to thank Oasis for providing exceptional customer serviceThe receptionist there is always so happy she greets you with a smileTHANK YOU TO ALL OASIS EMPLOYEES!!

The first time I went to this office I did not receive great customer serviceI told him I was here for to upload pictures, make a payment, and get a quote to see if I want to add a third vehicle if the price was rightThe manager seemed to not be a broker for oasis directly, rather an extra middle man, because he made it seem like he could not help me because he could not access my account directlyThe first time he was rude, sarcastic, and gave me very bad customer serviceA month later I called in to make a payment and the rep on the phone said it was $because of adding a 3rd vehicle to my policyI was confused because I got a quote from [redacted] the manager who gave me horrible experience in the first place had told the other oasis rep he called to manage my account that I wanted to add a vehicle when indeed I never gave authorization to add a third vehicle it is already covered by [redacted] and he did not listen to meI was told by the rep who informed me of the monthly payment to go back to his office and show a declaration page to [redacted] ***I went to the office and I told him I came in a month ago to get a quote and you added a vehicle that I did not authorize I did not even get a paper saying I added itHe was mad and all angry like the last time and said I told him to add it , he even took pictures and I told him no you took pictures of my 2nd vehicle How can I have a third vehicle on there that I dont even have temp ID cards, declaration page, signatures forI was confused and frustrated and he started yelling at me like a crazy maniac "How about you get out of here and go to another Oasis office!" I said "No, I am not going any where until you fix this." I could not believe how he raised my blood pressure by all the energy he caused me to use just to get information on how to get this third vehicle removedI know the person he talked to from a month ago added the vehicle since he said he does not have access to my account directly like other Oasis insurance companiesBut the fact that he did not want to help me, yelling at me, belittled me by telling me to go to another office showed me he has some major anger issues, and I never want to see his face again

I am with American access insurance but have to go through oasis insuranceEverytime you call you sit on hold or someone hangs up on youTwice they have changed my due date without advising meI called to make a payment I was told my policy was going to renewAfter I gave them my payment they called me back and told him my due date with days earlier than beforeI explained to the manager Lila that my due date cannot be before the 15thShe claimed to be the only manager in the office and said nothing I could do about it that my due date was now the 10th of every monthI explained to her no one invites me of this her answer was no one has to advise meShe refused to transfer me to anyone else said she was the only manager thereI told her I'd be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and hung upShe immediately called me back and told me I had AgraceThat would give me extra time to pay but still refused to do the right thing and moved my due date backI constantly have issues with them having the wrong payment amount due....I end up having to wait on hold almost every phone call so they can figure it outI'm tired of dealing with this company and would not recommend them to anyone

our 45 day return time frame to receive a full credit as stated in our written practice. If an item is defective, we follow the same return guidelines. However, as a courtesy, we did process a credit for $28.81 the item on 6/15 and an email was sent on 6/15 to notify the client of the credit and resolution. At this point, we consider this a resolved issue. I've dealt with Oasis Insurance on many occasions and they've been nothing but polite an expedited my payment on time every time. I am a manager at a local marketing firm and I believe customer service is what drives a businesses and increases revenue, and Oasis Insurance exceeds and goes above and beyond in those measures. I've dealt with [redacted] who is the manager at Oasis Insurance on multiple occasions and she goes to any length to help in answering any of my questions and on multiple occasions has worked on resolving my issues with third party agents. She excels at her duties and as in any business you can not please everyone and it makes me furious to know there is any type of negative connotation on her behalf I've been dealing with [redacted] for over 13 years and she is the epitome of first class customer service Manager which excels at her duties. I would highly recommend Oasis Insurance and have to all my family and friends.

Review: I am an extremely good customer of the Ann Taylor Loft stores. I purchase a lot in the stores and online. I have a Loft credit card and I always pay my bill on time. I recently went into one of their [redacted], PA locations to make a return. They said they could accept this return, but that I couldn't return anything again for 90 days. This policy is outrageous and it is not written anywhere in the store or on their website. Their policy states returns can be made within 60 days. It doesn't state anywhere about receiving any type of warning. Nobody at the Loft store or at the Loft customer service 1-800 number could explain this "policy" to me or show me it in writing. I have more returns to make as I recently ordered clothes online in various sizes due to the items not being in any of the stores I went to. But, now I cannot return them for 90 days and at that point, it will be over the 60 day limit and I will not get a full refund. It is like Loft is holding my money ransom against me. This is outrageous!!! How can they do this without showing a written policy?Desired Settlement: I want this "warning" removed from my account immediately.
