We have been in business for years and have never had an issue such as thisThe first attached photo is the one we received to make an edible image from, it is a picture of a cakeWe asked the customer if she could send us a photo of the image to go by so that it can be printedShe sent us
photo #againIn an attempt to give the customer the same image they wanted without receiving it, we googled several searches looking for the school logo with no matching resultsAttached are search results for Texas School For the Blind Logo and Austin Wildcats LogoWe called and left a message to see if she could send us a photo of the logo as we couldn't find it otherwise we would go with the closest thing we could findPicture #was found by doing a search for Wildcats, it was the only photo we could find with that pictureWhen the cakes were being boxed the employee taping the cake in question did show her the cake and commented if it looked okay and if she was happy with the gold edible glitter on the chocolate cakeThe customer said they looked wonderful and was helped to her car with the cakesIt was later that day when we received the phone call about the imageWe explained that it was the only one we could find but if she wanted us to remake it for her we could do that or if she'd like a refund for it we would need the product backShe was not interested in either options and told us she would no longer be ordering cakes from us
