I purchase a vehicle in Novof w/ a traits now January and now the car I traded in payments are due and they are also behind two months and I cant get in touch with anyone with an straight answer every time I ask for the general manager they send me to an salesman that tells me he's going to call me back and never do, I also havent been able to get a tag because I have no registration to get it and I also have a payment coming up and I have no idea where to send it to, I also called the finance company that was supposedly finance me, they tell me they dont know whats the problem and they havent received any paperwork more about the car
