[redacted] This will be my last entry into my situationI talked (this last time) to the aptmanager last weekI and bumped into the renters from upstairsI expressed my unhappiness with there inconciderate noises after pmI noticed the young man had a blank stare and confusion as I talked to him.When I talked to the manager I asked her if the man was mentally rded or slow wittedShe told me I shouldn't be asking those kind of questionsShe was protecting this man for some reasonThe noises are still effecting my sleepI even moved my bed into the front room kitchen area to possibly drown out some of the noisesTwo days ago I bumped into the resident from upstairsHe was wearing a dressI am told old and do not have enough money to fight thisI would say that this is reverse discriminationThe aptmanager did offer me a different aptin another building on the third floorI don't the energy or help to move furnitureI did not cause this problem, to have the correction be on my partYou can put this in my file, but I have no other choice but to move somewhere else [redacted]

*** *** *** *** ***I am updating you on the progress of my situationThe manager of this complex called me on Thursday the 28th of SeptShe jumped down my throat by going behind her back and notifying you guys (Revdex.com) of my problemShe said that days was not enough to solve the problemI told her that I had notified her office (office clerks) of my situation days prior to thatI was ready to hang up on herI kept my cool and asked her what see was going to do about itShe asked me to give the tenants above me days to make some changes (the manager was to ask the tenants to put the cats in there bedroom at night)that never happened. I complained again to management. They asked what do I think they should do? I said that if they cant control there pets, move or make other arrangements for the cats. Last night was the first night since the people above me were given this ultimatumIt was quieter than before.I am going to give this a week.
