Review: Merchant advertised the sale of authentic Chanel earrings, purses and other items, including other luxury brand name items. I purchased a pair of Chanel gold earrings and a Chanel black purse. After receiving the items they were found to be not authentic. The items were taken to Chanel corporate to be authenticated and were deemed counterfeit. The merchant was contacted for a refund and for the items to be returned. The merchant refused a refund stating a "no refund policy". The merchant is aware the items are not authentic but still refuses to take back the items and give a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $750 back to my credit card.
