Ordered boots from this website after reading reviews and what a disappointment! After paying almost $250 I received boots both for Right foot! I’ve never been scammed like this before. I sent multiple emails and never got an answer . I wish I research more about these scammers before I gave them my hard made money.

I have sent a mail to [email protected] to return some shoes but have had no reply. Don't buy anything from here as you won't be able to return it.

Poor communication. Emails to the bounce back. Item I purchased never received. Finally received an email with tracking info for shipment out of Hong Kong but this business is supposed to be out of NY. Funny how I can get a random email but can’t email them back oh and the phone number on their site is for someone’s weight loss training. Clearly states on their website ships usps. Very deceptive. Filed a PayPal claim for refund. STAY AWAY! Save yourself time and money

Ordered a bag, received it, but came without the strap, so totally useless. After many attempts to resolve issue. I have yet to hear back from company or receive strap for my bag. This company is a rip off ! Don’t waste your time or money, they claim to be out of N.Y. , but everything is shipped from China.

Review: Order # [redacted]: I just received my shoes/order (Colla lace up gladiator high heel sandal) yesterday, which with shipping, I paid a total of $135.00 for. This shoe, which was shipped from CHINA ([redacted], is NOT the shoe that I ordered. It is a poor quality duplicate with some similarities to the image displayed on the website, but it's obviously not the same shoe. It is also a 4 inch heel sandal, not 5 inches, as noted on the site. On the inside sole, it is labeled "WALK 2014 This is the one." I have even tried to contact the customer support number (###-###-#### - [redacted]) posted on on order confirmation email, and the 3 first attempts-the line kept ringing for about 2 1/2 minutes, then it just gave me silence. The 4th time I called, I was greeted by a very informal: "the person you are trying to reach is not available right now, please leave a message." The order confirmation email notes " If you have any questions about your order please contact us at [redacted] or call us at [redacted] Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST." My calls were made to that number from 0800 - 0900 PST. I have also tried to chat with someone on their site, but assistance was "offline" and gave me the option to leave a message, which I did.Desired Settlement: I would like to request for a full refund.
