I apologize for any inconvenience for delay of installation on some of the job we can not give any further discount we already gave a discount of this customer not paying labor the price he is paying is what we pay for our material Annas Glass also gave all mirrors behind bar for free this job was a lot more complicated then expected as they have a lot of tubing and wires to work around we are doing our best to accomadate our customer

*** *** and *** gave *** glass a deposit of $for some new windows I informed them that our company could not provide them with these we will be refunding there Deposit I submitted all the paper work to the company for the refund and also to the bank we realize there has been a delay we
will be giving back there Deposit and deeply appolagize for the inconvienience

With all due respect yes I did tell our costumer Mrs*** that I would have to put the proper paper work through accounting not at any time did I tell Mrs*** what amount was going to be refunded she wanted $I then told her it would really be up to accounting reason being is we already had to pay for materials that mrs*** ordered and approved of We were late on providing the service when mrs *** wanted us to Anna's glass service Deaply and cenceraly apolagized several time to Mr *** We did decide to Give Mrs*** a complete refund We made several attempts to contact mrs *** we were unsuccessful in this attempt also Mrs *** never called us back to be able to make arrangements to go take her the cash /check wich ever she approved of so at this point once again I apologize for any inconvienence We are willing to do good on our word Thank You *** ***

We have called *** *** and left messages so we can return her money we have had no call back we are more than happy to give her money back and we apologize for any inconvienence

we installed the shower prior to this we measured properly there wall and the type of tile made this problem the man of the house approved install and paid us after this she complained we tried to find a solution there is none reason being there wall and tile I am so sorry that she feels this way
they approved it after we installed I feel if they did not like this they should have not let the installation be completed we did make an effert to see if there was other options and found none

This money was withdrawn from our account I just talk to the merchant company I believe you need to talk to you company I appolagize for the enconvienance

I am rejecting this response because:In my last conversation with Anna's glass (prior to
contacting the Revdex.com), *** informed me that she would contact her accounting department and issue me a refund check in the amount of $80.00. As with all the other promises this company has made, that did not occur. This company came to my house initially and took my deposit money to provide cut glass to me. Since that time, not once have they ever followed through according to what they have told me by phone. Each time I have had contact with them it is I who have had to make the repeated phone calls over and over to find out why the service I paid for was not provided. I finally got them to agree to the refund since they had not provided anything, and *** once again, made promises that were not fulfilled. They have my address because they came here to measure the glass. They have my name and all contact information because they have the deposit confirmation that I had to complete for them and sign, when I made the payment which contains my name, phone number and address as well. There is no excuse for why they have not issued a refund check to me before now, or why they need to call me in order to get my money back to me (even though I did not receive any messages). When they have the amount that is due back to me, my name and address to which they should send the check, what more do they need to call me about in order to "get my money back to me". This is a stall technique in my opinion. All they need to do is follow through on their agreement of issuing me the refund check in the amount of $as they promised and send it according to the details they already have on record for me. Until they do that I will not consider this matter closed

We have worked with suzan for many years all moneys she has given our company was used for materials for the job at her building there was many jobs in prosses at this location unfortonatly yes we had to wait to get our job complete Anna's glass will be completed next week in full we deeply

I am rejecting this response because: I am happy that Anna's Glass is going to replace the shower door at no cost to me. But I'm concerned that they won't follow thru with this, because this is what I have dealt with for monthsThere have been to many broken promises and that makes me very uncomfortable. So this is what I would like: Anna's Glass to make an set appointment time and date to measure the shower door openingAlso to keep the set date that they will agree to. Then I would ask that they be there when they say they wouldNo excusesAlso how long it will take to manufacture the shower doorThen let me know the set time and date that they will be installing the shower doorI would like this to be completed as soon as possible

I want to start off with an apology for any inconvienence
at this time Anna's Glass has already installed two out of three showers due to unfortunate surcumstances we have been delayed I got sick with cancer and this has effected my job a lot
I am truly sorry our plans are to install the third shower on the 31st if it is ok with the home owner I tried to call talked to her once I tried to call again no answer waiting for a call back to set up appointment

Anna's Glass Said that they would Install the shower doors on July 31stMy niece tried to make contact wit Anna's Glass and the made an appointment for 9:00am on Aug 8th they did not show up when scheduled and my niece called them and the said that they were on the way but they never showed upMy niece called again because she had to be at work at noonThe appointment was rescheduled for Aug 11th at 5:pm and Anna's Glass never showed upThis is where we stand now
