When investigating [redacted] Chargeback Request, it was determined that he had purchased Skyride Upgrade tickets and redeemed them at our Ticket Counter for boarding passes to the NY SKYRIDEOur turnstile records show the date and time the tickets were scanned, and we provided proof of such to the credit card companyHis complaint cited "claims to have not received the goods/services" which we were able to refute with our documentsAnd thus, the credit card company refused the chargebackThe tickets sold to [redacted] are NY SKYRIDE upgrade ticketsThese are discounted tickets to our attraction for those individuals who already possess Empire State Building tickets and wish to add NY SKYRIDE to their ESB experienceThese tickets are considered as part of our "Fast Track" program as they allow the customer to skip all queuing inside the Empire State Building Observatory ticket office by utilizing the NY SKYRIDE entranceNY SKYRIDE is not a scammer companyThe ticket backup supplied to the credit card company was not fraudulentWe will be contacting [redacted] directly to come to an amicable resolution
