Good Afternoon ***, On the behalf of Annapolis Best Twins Movers, we humbly apologies the customer feels this wayHowever our company provided an estimate price for her original move to Denver and was prepared to do pick up and deliveryBut after picking the client household goods up her delivery to Denver was delay due to her rescheduling serval times which has been notedThe client even called times in day to make changes to her order for serviceEach time upon her request the time for expected deliver was pushed back, and also changing her destination during the time of waiting for her go ahead to deliverWhen the client changed her destination it also changes the the estimate being if though the distance was much greater then the original location to DenverWe're talking about an additional 1,plus miles adjustmentWe also have already given a discount and referred the client over to our claims deptFor any further question or concerns. I have also listed the notations of each time the customer called in to make changes which ever representative is require to do for any incoming call/when accessing a client's order for service

The job was delivered on 06/25/Everything was settled to the customer satisfaction

They must have the wrong person here.  I did not move to Denver.   This company is making this up at the last minute.I did not reschedule. I only know that my weight-based move was changed at the last minute to a cubic-foot-based move.This was done without my knowledge.  I was working with Budget Van Lines the original broker.  They know the situation and are on my side.I was not even given copies of my paperwork.  When the movers left Wisconsin with my furniture, they took all copies of the contract.My items didn't even fill a 24' truck 2/3 the way.  I was charged $10,000.  It was 1/6 of the semi upon arrival in Palm Desert, CA.The weight estimate for the final move was no more than 5000 lbs.  My items were very light in weight.  That's why they changed it to "cubic-foot" based move from the "weight-based" move.  Simple math, simple deception.  My original estimate was $0.59 per pound.  NOT CUBIC FOOT BASED.  WEIGHT BASED was my contract..  My signature was forged.  My furniture held hostage until I paid the entire balance.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. Good afternoon [redacted], This customer was charged $275 3times for 3 months of storage, but this wasn't an error on our company's behalf. When the order for service was sent over from the brokerage they forgot to state the estimate included 3 months of storage, so the clients was charged...

accordingly. However once it was brought to our attention by the client, we then called the brokerage to confirm what was said because it was not noted in the order for service. I am rejecting this response because:I called the number that I received from the company through the Revdex.com, and it was an automated message.  I would like to talk to a live person to start the claim process.  I also noticed the company is requiring two quotes for damage to my motorcycle.  There is only one dealership in the Denver metro area that deals with this product.  Only one quote will be possible, to properly fix the damage.

and got the job done. (in 1 day) to accommodate her taking us on as her new hired moving company. We gave her the price for the move in details up front, even going over it with her husband as well. Which they both agreed on the price and service was rendered to the clients. The customer also received an $800 discount off the total coast of their move upon delivery. I have already speoken to [redacted] advising her that her complaint has been sent over to our claims dept, with a turn around response of settlement by the end of December no later then the first part of January 2016.
I have also given her the appilcation case number for the claim that has ben filed, and awaiting a decision.

I am rejecting this response because:As I previously stated in my original letter, no paperwork regarding any additional pricing was presented to me BEFORE loading the truck, only AFTER the truck was fully loaded. The foreman on site stated that he had to load the truck first in order to know how much, if any, extra space it would take. This was said AFTER our items had already been loaded onto the truck, at which time I told him that I was not responsible for the extra space, only for any extra weight per my contract with [redacted]. He then said that he just loads the trucks and that I would have to contact someone else regarding that situation, which I did as soon as they left.
