They must have the wrong person here I did not move to Denver This company is making this up at the last minute.I did not rescheduleI only know that my weight-based move was changed at the last minute to a cubic-foot-based move.This was done without my knowledge I was working with Budget Van Lines the original broker They know the situation and are on my side.I was not even given copies of my paperwork When the movers left Wisconsin with my furniture, they took all copies of the contract.My items didn't even fill a 24' truck 2/the way I was charged $10, It was 1/of the semi upon arrival in Palm Desert, CA.The weight estimate for the final move was no more than lbs My items were very light in weight That's why they changed it to "cubic-foot" based move from the "weight-based" move Simple math, simple deception My original estimate was $per pound NOT CUBIC FOOT BASED WEIGHT BASED was my contract My signature was forged My furniture held hostage until I paid the entire balance.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This isn't me I didn't move to Denver!
