Anna's Flowers

Review: I ordered flowers online from Anna flowers which claimed to be a local flower shop located in Stanley Kansas with a "same day customer satisfaction guarantee. I received an email saying they where unable to deliver the flower and would try again tomorrow and promised to upgrade my flowers for the inconvenience. I called the company to cancel the order as tomorrow would not work being past her birthday. I was told well the flowers where sent out on a truck so we can't refund. When I asked why they told advertised a guarantee and that they where in Stanley I was again told " the flowers are on a truck no refund" I started googling the company while I was on hold numerous times and realized they had about 600 complaints on [redacted] and more on other sites. Some people didn't ever receive their flowers some said they take your money and run and you never get money back. It seemed as through they where frauding the public as people all over the us thought they where local and I saw numerous pictures of dead flowers arriving in a box with no water. I then asked are they in a box coming in a truck from New York? I was told "yes" I then asked well how did you upgrade my flowers like you said if you already sent them out? I was given no answer just put on hold for 15 min then told they are on a truck so we can't issue a refund. I paid 71.54 with the understanding it was local, fresh flowers with same day device and a guarantee on service. Also they advertise a 4.7 star rating with[redacted] when in fact they only have a 1 star rating with hundreds of complaints. After much arguing I was hung up on. It disturbed me that people can get away with this. I would love someone to look them up on [redacted]. And see all the complaints. This is clearly frauding the public advertising to be local fresh but delivered in a box with no water arriving dead and in fact no refunds given. What guarantee then? I feel completely ripped off as do hundreds of others it looks like.Desired Settlement: Refund my 71.54 and hopefully someone will investigate them and pressure them to stop false advertising as a local shop with a high satisfactory rating when in fact that's not the case. And don't say you guarantee a product when in fact you don't. It seems so fraudulent and sad to practice business that way
