Anne Klein Watches

Review: I purchased a pair of Anne Klein shoes from a retail department store that were poorly made, so the first time you wear them, they look like you've had them for years. I purchased and forgot I had them, and when I remembered, I wore them, and could not believe how old the front of the shoe looked. I don't wear them that much because I'm scared to make them look any worse than they already look, but when I do wear them and inspect them it appears as if I've had the shoes and worn them every day for years; this should not be. The name of the shoe is AKGRANDLY in black. The shoe was on sale, but the regular price wasn't cheap.I've also posted a picture of the shoes on social media so people can see how bad the shoes look.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement of a similar pair of shoes in a size 10M, that's not going to look like I've worn them everyday for years the first day I wear them. It's only fair. Anne Klein knows these shoes were poorly constructed.

Thank you for returning my call.

I just wanted to let you know the letter is dated June [redacted], 2014 but was just received last week (Tuesday/Wednesday). I was unable to reach out to anyone earlier as I was leaving for vacation.

We take every complaint seriously and have already taken steps to see what we can find as a replacement for [redacted] as these shoes are 2 years old therefore no longer manufactured.
