I would highly recommend this company Our furnace stop running on New Year's Day and they were prompt in fixing it Very professional Will be using them in the future
Horrible experience tech had no clue what he is doing was calling other guys to diagnose the problem could not fix anything took parts out had no clue how to put it back called back got answer call somebody else as we cannot fix not recommend at all
Dean was great and I will continue to use his companyHe was honest, punctual and particularly skilled in determining the problems, offering solutions and then fixing it
Our furnace was acting up and after calling climate heating I was told someone would come see us After getting the run around for hours someone finally came He spent mins looking at the furnace then gave me a bill for $1200!! I was pushed to "just replace it" I didnt not have the money so I decided to fix it He told me that there was parts "THAT NEED REPLACING" This is kind of fishy seeings that it worked fine yesterday We decided to pay the bill but wont ever call these guys again

Dean was very prompt in replying and supplying us with the information we needed regarding our furnace. He prepared and stuck to the estimate provided when we had our new furnace and electorstatic air filter installed in the spring. Dean provided us with lots of information beforehand. We are very, very pleased with the service he provided.

My Wife and I are very pleased with our entire experience dealing with Dean and his team at Climate Change Heating & Cooling. His workmanship and adttention to detail is impeccable. We love our new two stage high effiency furnace with humidifier. I once heard someone say that "Value" is where price and quality meet. I discovered this morning that my furnace had stopped working overnight. Dean was able to come out to fix it this afternoon. His secretary called to tell me that he was running a bit late, which I very much appreciated. After he arrived, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was polite, professional, and efficient. I'll definitely use him again.
