Review: I purchased a 12 wrap package at a special price for 199.99. I was only able to redeem 2 wraps and received a call that the office was closing and looking for a new location. The franchise owner [redacted] and I emailed back and forth and she promised a refund in the middle of August. When that was not received I contacted her and learned of a new office but she is not offering the wrap services in the new location and now can't offer a refund because so many people were requesting it that weren't entitles. I advised that she had a services log book and I am entitled and we emailed. She advised to contact her lawyer, [redacted]. Contacted him and he advised he had no idea what I was talking about and to contact [redacted] back. I've already tried the corporate office 2xs.Desired Settlement: 12 wraps @ 199.99 = 16.66 per wrap; redeemed 2 wraps with a remaining credit of 10 wraps @ 16.66 = 166.60 refund, as services were not rendered.
