[redacted] contracted our firm to prepare his tax return. [redacted] signed an engagement letter with our firm which clearly states payment is due when return is completed. We make our conference room available for clients to review their return when they pick them up, prior to payment. [redacted]...

[redacted] had his babysitter pick up his return. The fee for the return was $350. [redacted] paid a $200 retainer upon his initial consultation and phoned in a credit card payment for the balance prior to having them picked up. If any client has an issue with a return post receiving them, we make every effort to rectify the situation - while maintaining the tax laws and ethics. [redacted] has been refunded his $350.

I am rejecting this response because: The response is factually incorrect. They demanded payment before sending me the tax returns by email - no baby sitter involved. I objected right away and was told "too bad." However, they have refunded the money taken from me so the matter may be closed. Thank you Revdex.com for your help.
