I exotica *** called all day long march 17, 2016, the secretary kept saying that the manager was on the telephone the manager at sentinel collections never did call me back, I did not use profanity, at all, if someone is saying I used profanity they are not telling the truth telephoned all day long march 17, because the manager never did call me back I was frustrated Ii felt it best to put it in writing, it is so easy to try to make a customer look bad to cover up for unprofessional behavior all I want which is most important bottow line is to solve this problem Ii was bill and dollars for a lien letter when Ii wasn't even the owner of this home, I did not live here and sentinel collections is billing me for charges that are not my charges, of course Ii feel this company is willing to discuss this with me but dont ignore me that is not the way to solve things at least talk to me thank you exotica ***

To Whom It May Concern:March 7, - our office sent Miss *** an attorney demand letter due to missed payments and Miss *** did not follow through with her payment plan from from her previous complaint to Revdex.comThree statements were mailed to her in hopes to assist in helping her
understand she still owed and had not followed through with our agreement. Our office waived per our previous agreement $on 7/10/Miss *** called Kinney Mgt the week of March 14th and Spoke with an accountant who advised her that her account was with our office. She demanded to speak with her supervisor who was on the phone at that time and Mss *** hung up on the accountant. When she called back and spoke with the receptionist at Kinney Mgt asking for the Supervisor - She was on the phone and had choice words for the receptionist and hung up on her. Last Wed, we got a message that she was attempting to speak with someone about her account. Rosemary called her to discuss her account. Miss *** did not want to discuss her account but only wanted a statement, she was abrupt with Rosemary. In our office we have tried to reach out to Miss ***. Please see the attached statement from 7/1/to present. Again, we are happy to assist with a payment plan with Miss ***.
